Mr. Castagnoli is appointed as member of the Board of Directors in January 2004.
From 1985 to 2000 he works as Central Director for Fincantieri Spa, Trieste, Italy and Executive Vice President for Consorzio Melara , Genova, Italy in the naval vessel business.
From 1976 to 1985 he is Vice General Director of Cantieri Navali Riuniti. Genova, Italy.
From 1973 to 1976 he operates as President and CEO of Innobora (Finsider), S. Paolo, Brazil and President of Siderexport Brazil.
From 1967 to 1972 he is President of Innocenti Corporation Gruppo Finsider, New York, USA.
From 1959 to 1967 he works as General Director for AGIP Sudan, and General Director for International Egyptian Oil Co – ENI, Cairo, Egypt. From 1956 to 1959 he works as Engineer for Western Leascholds (Petrofina), Calgary, Canada.
In 1957 he attends a Professional Engineering course at Edmonton – Alberta, Canada.
In 1958 he attends a postgraduate business administration course at Colombia University – New York, USA In 1953 he obtains his MSc in Transportation Engineering at Università degli Studi di Genova, Italy.
He was born in Rimini (Italy) in 1927, he is married and has a daughter and a son.
