Production Site in Italy
The premises in Castronno, Italy, cover a total of 8,000 square meters, where 5,500 square meters are office and factory building. Here production plants, together with a constant development of technology applications and project management, allow Sessa Klein to meet the increasing requirements of both Italian and foreign Customers.
In 2005 Sessa Klein has inplemented a new clean room, dust free by means of an internal overpressure system, specifically designed for the application of antivandalic and antigraffiti films over the finished windows.
In 2006, SessaKlein has co-designed and installed a new CNC controlled flash butt welding machinery which allows to automatically manage all the welding parameters, with tremendous results in terms of reliability of the welded cord and aesthetic effect with frame anodization.
Following the founder's example, even today genuine desire, strict preparation and constant attention to detail, allow Sessa Klein to achieve top-class quality products.
Production Site in China
In order to face the competitive changes in the railway market and to better serve global customers by fulfilling their needs of internationality experienced suppliers, Sessa Klein has carried out a deep analysis to find possible partners in Asia and has decided to sign a strategic agreement with SCE of China.
From this agreement Sessa Klein Shenfei (SKS), founded in 2008, has started its activity.
The JV is investing huge resources to set up a top class production facility in Suzhou, Jingsu province, covering the whole range of interiors systems and offering international project management skill and 3D design capability. The production site is 40,000 square meters, of which over 20,000 square meters are covered buildings. |
