Sessa Klein strategy is exclusively focussed on the rolling stock market.
Furthermore, with the support of strong Project Management organization and technical department, it is projected to encompass what we define "the comfort of passengers" scope of supply. Part of this scope can be directly manufactured, part can be purchased from partners or participated companies and Joint Ventures and part by accessing the open market.
To achieve this goal and in particular for the main players, it is essential to keep in mind that the modern Partner has to be and to play globally.
In this respect, since 2004, Sessa Klein has developed its organization to easily duplicate its business model and has started a systematic search for Partners in those geographical areas interesting both for their enormous potential domestic markets and for their more competitive labour price.
A number of business development activities have been organized by Sessa Klein in China, India, Russia and in some Eastern Europe countries. A Joint Venture for Windows and Interiors has been set up in Suzhou, China and it is already operating.
Potential further JV's and co-operations are planned and on hold in India and Russia waiting for the local business development of the major constructors to set off. |
